Clubhouse Rules.

  1. The clubhouse is a smoke-free environment.
  2. No tape, pinholes, staples, etc. on the walls.
  3. Rental to Cooper’s Pond HOMEOWNERS ONLY (no exceptions).
  4. Rental is until midnight.
  5. Rental of the clubhouse does not include access to the pool or pool deck areas.
  6. Rental is on a first come, first served basis.
  7. Rental fee only covers rental of clubhouse. 
  8. Renter is responsible for any damage done to the clubhouse and sent a bill for any damages.
  9. Teen parties (minors under 18) will have a chaperone requirement of one adult per 8 attendees. 
  10. Clean-up checklist
    1. Vacuum
    2. Clean all sinks and countertops.
    3. Take all garbage pail and clean bag (extra bags are in the window-seat).
    4. Replace inside garbage pails with clean bags.
    5. Make sure nothing is left in the refrigerator.
    6. All Cooper’s Pond rental equipment, tables and chairs must be returned to the closet in the kitchen downstairs.
    7. Restock bathroom with paper towels and toilet paper (also located in window-seat).
    8. Make sure floors are clean, spot clean, if needed with damp paper towel.
    9. Make sure kitchen appliances are turned off (oven/stove top).
  11. Remember to lock all windows and doors.
  12. Please inform any recreation committee member if you should notice a maintenance problem tat needs attending to at the clubhouse.
  13. Turn the air conditioning to 84 degrees or heat down to 55 degrees before leaving.

The clubhouse should be clean as you found it, the morning after your rental.. The renter will be charged $100 cleaning fee if clubhouse is not cleaned as you found it.
