- Is the membership mandatory?
Yes, Cooper’s Pond is a deeded Covenant Community with Bylaws and a mandatory quarterly HOA dues. - What is the initiation fee?
There is a transfer fee of $100. The HOA dues are billed quarterly (currently billed at $200.00 per quarter). - What is the fee for the account statement letter?
There is no fee for an account statement letter. - Are there any special assessments planned?
There are no special assessments planned; the HOA has been well managed and enjoys substantive reserves. - What is covered by the HOA?
The HOA & its Committees manage the entire community’s functions and amenities (i.e. social, pool, pond, tennis, clubhouse, etc.). - Are there any other fees?
Only if the quarterly dues fall into arrears and a collection action is instituted, then the homeowner will pay the HOA cost of collection.
