Tucked away in Lawrenceville, GA, Coopers Pond is perfectly situated in the Brookwood schools cluster. We are located just a few miles from the heart of Snellville, GA, and are within walking distance of Ronald Reagan Park. We are an active, family friendly community. Our Community members can join one of the many activities in Neighborhood. We have Bunco Groups, Billiards Teams, Ladies Social club, Book Club, Tennis Teams, or Swim Teams, we have something for all ages.
Our Social Committee plans many neighborhood events through out the year. Every holiday we have a wonderful event planned that all are invited to enjoy. On the 4th of July we enjoy the weekend by the pool with neighbors, we have a pig roast and enjoy the fireworks. To celebrate the end of the school year we hire a DJ, and we invite all the kids to the pool for an fun evening. During football season we setup the projector & TVs with all the games. and we BBQ. It is amazing tailgating events.
The community also has a pond in the neighborhood where you can enjoy canoeing and fishing. Come enjoy sitting by the pond with your coffee where you can watch the ducks and turtles swim around. The ducks are friendly and love to be feed by the neighbors.
